By downloading or using Genii, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Who Can Use Genii

You must be at least 13 years old to use Genii. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. Use a strong password and don't share your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. What You Can Do

  • Use Genii to plan personal travel and discover destinations.
  • Save content from public social media posts for personal trip planning.
  • Share itineraries with friends for collaborative planning.
  • Connect with travel operators through our marketplace.

4. What You Can't Do

  • Use Genii for any unlawful purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the app.
  • Scrape, mine, or extract data from the platform in an automated way.
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
  • Upload or share content that is harmful, illegal, or violates third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts.

5. AI-Generated Content

Genii uses AI to generate travel itineraries. These are suggestions only — not professional travel advice. Always verify bookings, visa requirements, health advisories, and local conditions before travelling. We're not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Third-Party Content & Links

Genii may display content from Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms. We don't own this content and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability. Our marketplace connects you with independent travel operators — we don't guarantee their services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding in Genii is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without our written permission. You retain ownership of any content you create, but grant us a license to use it to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Genii is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genii and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to travel disruptions, booking issues, or reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a risk to the platform or other users. You can also delete your account at any time in the app settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
